All products sold by Arctic Ninja Designs are made to order through a print-on-demand process. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
However, we do stand behind the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
